THE MANAGEMENT AND YOU

The General Manager is responsible for successful operation of the Hotel. He has the authority to make decisions which maintain the optimum efficiency of service. In this task, he is assisted by Department Heads.

All this activities have one common objective to make the best possible accommodation and service for our guest.

Success in our goals depends largely on you. A gracious and friendly atmosphere together with courteous service can only be achieved with employee’s participation.

We know that you as an important member of our world wide organization will want to do your best to provide our guests with high pataka of service and hospitality tradition to the company you working with.

MANAJEMEN DAN ANDA

General Manager berkewajiban terhadap keberhasilan hotel. Ia mempunyai hak untuk menciptakan menjadikan keputusan yang akan menjaga secara maksimal efisiense dari peladenan. Intern keadaan ini ia dibantu maka itu Pejabat Bagian..

Semua kegiatan ini punya suatu sasaran secara awam cak bagi memberikan pelayanan dan kemudahan yang terbaik kepada tamu.

Keberhasilan dari tujuan kita dulu bergantung kepada anda. Suasana yang ramah dan bersahabat serta peladenan yang benar dan santun hanya boleh dicapai dengan partisipasi anda. Kita mengerti bahwa anda adalah anggota yang terdepan bermula satu organisasi perusahaan, yang menginginkan anda memberikan yang terbaik, memberikan standar pelayanan nan tataran dan kerelaan menerima tamu di panggung sira bekerja.

CODE OF CONDUCT

PEDOMAN PERILAKU

You have to report fully groomed on the precise time of your work schedule to your direct Supervisor. You will leave your work at the end of your shift upon authorization of your direct juru ramal. Meal and rest periods will be followed as scheduled and be reported to your direct supervisor.

Anda harus melapor kepada bimbingan ia dengan penampilan dan waktu yang tepat ketika tiba bekerja. Begitu pula ketika pulang bekerja, tembuni harus meminang ijin dari pimpinan
beliau. Makan dan istirahat lagi harus sesuai dengan jadwal, dan dilaporkan kepada pimpinan dia.

Be punctual when reporting to work and must be fifteen (15) minutes before
work schedule.

Tepat waktulah setiap anda berangkat berkreasi dan berada di palagan kerja panca belas (15) menit sebelum waktunya

If you are going to absent from work for any reason, it is necessary that you call your Department Head as soon as possible before your shift begin and state the reason and the date of your expected return. If your Department Head is titinada available, contact the Human Resources Department.

Sekiranya sira akan berhalangan hadir untuk bekerja karena suatu alasan, teleponlah Kepala Bagian anda secepat barangkali sebelum giliran kerja berangkat dan sebutkan alasannya, dan sebukan juga kapan sira akan masuk juga. Jika Kepala Babak sedang tidak congah di kancah , hubungi Penggalan Human Resources.

If you are absent from work because of illness or injury, you must submit a Doctor’s Medical Certificate within thirty six (36) hours.

Jikalau anda enggak dapat hadir karena gempa bumi atau kecelakaan, kamu harus membawa Surat pas Dokter dalam waktu tiga puluh enam (36) jam bersumber waktu ketidak hadiran dia

If you need to be excused from work, a valid reason and three (3) day prior approval from your Department Head is necessary.

Kalau sira minta ijin kerjakan meninggalkan pekerjaan, harus terserah alasan yang jelas intern tiga(3) waktu sebelum disetujui oleh Superior Putaran anda.

You are prohibited to enter the working place on your day off or at any time when you completed your work, unless requested by Department Head.

Anda tidak diperkenankan bikin berada di mileu kerja pada hari vakansi alias ketika sudah selesai bekerja. Kecuali diminta oleh Kepala Bagian anda.You must not remain in the working premises for any more than thirty (30) minutes after your schedule shift (or overtime) is completed.

Engkau tidak boleh berbenda di dalam lingkungan kerja makin dari tigapuluh (30) menit setelah selesai berkarya (ataupun lembur).

You must confine yourself in the working place to the area of your job assignment. You are not permitted to be in the guest room of your working place or visit any part of the working place without any permission from
the Department Head concerned for official reason.

Kamu harus membatasi diri di mana saja tugas dia. Kamu tidak diijinkan untuk berpunya di kamar tamu atau mendatangi bagian lingkungan kerja lainnya tanpa ijin dari Kepala Bagian anda.

Friends or relatives are not permitted to visit during working hours ; similarly, you are not allowed to conduct personal
business during your working hours.

Teman atau uri bukan diijinkan mengunjungi kamu selama jam kerja, serupa itu sekali lagi kamu tak diperkenankan unuk melakukan bisnis pribadi selama
jam kerja.

You must fulfill the terms and conditions of letter of contract ; otherwise you will be dealt with appropriate disciplinary action.

Anda harus memenuhi semua persyaratan yang tercantum kerumahtanggaan sertifikat perjanjian kerja, sekiranya enggak, kamu akan dikenakan tindakan disiplin.

You are not allowed to use company’s telephone for personal calls, Emergency telephone calls for you will be channeled through Department Head concerned or Human Resources Department and the message will be passed to you.

Anda tidak diperbolehkan memperalat telepon hotel untuk urusan pribadi. Telepon bikin anda akan dihubungkan ke Kepala Episode plasenta atau Adegan Human Resources dan mencatat pesan tersebut untuk disampaikan kepada anda.

Report to the Human Resources Department as soon as possible to up date our personal record, i.e. address, marital status.

Taajul laporkan kepada Bagian Human Resources bikin memperbaharui data pribadi jika suka-suka perubahan, seperti mana alamat, harga diri perkawinan.

No gambling is permitted at any time of your working hours and or working premises.

Dilarang berjudi, baik intern jam kerja dan maupun di mileu hotel.

Smoking and chewing gum is not allowed in the whole working daerah, except at the Smoking Area.

Dilarang merokok dan mengunyak permen kain di lingkungan kerja, kecuali di medan yang sudah lalu ditentukan.

GROOMING

Prestasi DIRI

All employees are to be neat and clean at all times. Nail neatly manicured and clean. Shoe must be polished and in good condition. Deodorant used to avoid body odor and use freshener for your breath odor. Take a shower before and after work is essential.

Semua karyawan harus rapih dan bersih setiap saat, kuku harus dipotong dengan rapih dan salih. Sepatu harus disemir dan privat hal yang baik. Gunakanlah deodorant untuk menghindari bau badan dan gunakan penyegar mulut kerjakan menyingkir bau bacot. Mandi sebelum dan sesudah bekerja adalah situasi terdahulu.

Male employee must be clean shaven and their hair well groomed and trimmed. No mustache and beard are permitted.

Fungsionaris pria diwajibkan mencukur surai secara rapih dan berpenampilan baik. Dilarang menggunakan berengos dan jenggot.

Female employees should be conservative in the use of cosmetics, hair style and jewelry. Female personnel working in Guest Contact Department must be tighten their hair with a proper bandeau or clip hair pukat.
No nail polish.

Sida-sida wanita seyogiannya menggunakan kosmetik, bentuk rambut dan perhiasan yang primitif. Bagi nan bekerja di fragmen yang langsung gandeng denagn petandang surai harus diikat dengan bando atau dijepit dengan hair net. Jangan mengecat kakas.

Dress appropriately and always be neatly groomed, working cloth must be clean.

Berpakaianlah yang seia dan selalu berpenampilan yang rapi. Gaun kerja sekali lagi harus bersih.

No religious and political party symbols as external outfit can be worn during working hours, unless by discretion of management.

Jangan menggenakan pakaian keimanan dan symbol symbol organisasi politik politik selama jam kerja, kecuali atas kebijaksanaan dari Manajemen.

Have a respectful attitude to all guests, your Department Heads/Supervisors and your colleagues.

Tunjukkan sikap khidmat kepada semua tamu, pimpinan dan rekan kerja.

Always greet the guest, superior and colleagues: “Good Morning Sir / Madame”, “Good Afternoon”, use name as much as
possible and also always try to remember guest’s name. Addressing guest by their name will make them feel welcome and at home.

Ucapkan pelahap salam kepada tamu, atasan dan rekan kerja kerja, misalnya : Selamat Pagi, Selamat Siang. Usahakanlah menggunakan merek tamu dan pula selalu menghafal nama tamu akan membentuk mereka merasa berasda di rumah seorang.

Make a habit of using courtesy phases to the guest such as “Please”, “Thank you”, etc.

Biasakanlah menunggangi kalimat-kalimat yang bersusila kepada tamu seperti “Silahkan”, “Terima kasih’, dan enggak-lain.

Never criticize guest. Do not argue or lose you patience with a guest or with another employee in the presence of guest.

Jangan mengamati tamu. Jangan berdebat atau kehilangan kesabaran dengan tamu ataupun sida-sida lainnya
khususnya di penghadapan peziarah.

Pronounce each word clearly and keep your voice low in speaking with guest..

Ucapkan setiap alas kata dengan jelas dan suara yang minus apabila berfirman dengan tamu.

Make ‘Smiling” is habit. It will be appreciated by the guest as well as your colleagues.

Buatlah “Senyum” menjadi suatu kebiasaan. Kejadian ini akan menyenangkan pelawat dan rekan kerja.

Do titinada scold others for mistakes especially in the presence of guests.

Jangan menyerapahi kesalahan teman kerja khususnya Dihadapan tamu.

All guests must receive the same degree of attention and service.
Never judge a guest by his/her appearance, age or manner.

Semua tamu harus memufakati perhatian dan pelayanan nan sama. Jangan pernah mengamati pelawat karena penampilan, spirit alias tingkah kayun.

Always acknowledge a guest request, even if it does not concern your own department, and forward immediately the request to the department concerned.

Selalu menanggapi aplikasi petandang meskipun hal tersebut bukan di adegan saudara. Tindak lanjuti segera perminrtan tersebut kepada bagian yang bersangkutan.

CLEANLINESS / PERSONAL HYGIENE

KEBERSIHAN DIRI

Cleanliness is part of most important in the hotel, so keep yourselves always clean.

Kebersihan adalah episode yang sangat berjasa di hotel, jadi jagalah diri anda cak bagi caruk bersih.

Brush your teeth with paste in the morning and afternoon.

Sikatlah gigi anda dengan pasta persneling, baik siang maupun tunggang hari.

Your hand must be cleaned with soap and water, and always dry everyday, especially before your shift and always after using toilet.

Tangan anda harus selalu dicuci dengan sabun colek dan air, serta selalu dalam peristiwa kersang setiap hari, khususnya sebelum bekerja
dan sesudah dari toilet.

The employees have to use the toilet facilities planned for the staff. The guest toilet are titinada to use in any case.

Karyawan hanya dapat mempergunakan fasilitas toilet nan diperuntukkan baginya. Tidak dibenarkan menggunakan fasilits toilet bikin petandang.

UNIFORM

Rok Seragam

The company provides uniform to the employee according to his/her position as tiap-tiap company’s policy. The employee is responsible for the care of his/her uniform.

Perusahaan menyediakan pakaian seragam yang sesuai dengan jenis pekerjaannya sebagaimana ditetapkan oleh firma. Dan personel bertanggung jawab terhadap pakaian seragam tersebut.

Uniform will be issued free of charge and remain the property of the working premises. In any case, the uniform must not be removed from the working premises.

Pakaian seragam bakal karyawan tidak dikenakan biaya, dan tetap menjadi eigendom firma. Dalam hal ini, baju seragam tersebut
harus ditinggalkan di tempat kerja setelah berkreasi.

The company’s uniform and name tag has to be worn during the working hours.

Pakaian kostum dan papan nama harus dikenakan selama jam kerja.

If the uniform is not ready yet, the staff must wear white color short sleeve shirt, black color pant, sock and shoes. Male employee have to wear dark color sock. Only female employees can wear earring but there have to be conservative. The wrist watch worn by all employees should be conservative to look at.

N domestik peristiwa pakaian seragam belum disiapkan, fungsionaris harus menggenakan pakaian putih lengan pendek, sepatu nan bercelup hitam. Pegawai adam harus menyarungkan kaos kaki bercat gelap. Cuma karyawan wanita nan diperbolehkan menggenakan bandul, akan sahaja harus sederhana. Karyawan hanya diperkenakan mengenakan jam tangan yang sederhana.

DISCIPLINARY ACTION

TINDAKAN PENDISIPLINAN

In the event that employee violates any of company regulation and/or Employment Agreement and/or Collective Labor Agreement of the company as stipulated in the Employee Handbook
and/or Collective Labor Agreement, disciplinary action will be taken.

Intern peristiwa karyawan melanggar kanun perusahaan dan/atau Perjanjian Kerja dan/atau Perjanjian Kerja Bersama begitu juga yang telah ditetapkan dalm Daya Jalan hidup dan/atau Perjanjian Kerja Bersama, maka akan dikenakan tindakan pendisiplinan.

Disciplinary action is classified into four(4) categories, i.e ;

Verbal Warning

Written Warning (depending on the violation conducted)

Scorching

Immediate Dismissal

Tindakan pendisiplinan dibagi kedalam catur (4) kategori, yaitu :

Peringatan Lisan

Peringatan Tertulis (tersampir pada tipe pelanggarannya)

Skorsing

Penutupan Hubungan Kerja Seketika

Every disciplinary action will be taken based on the classification and frequency of the offense/s. Re-occurrence of any type of misbehavior within the last six (6) months will be treated as an additional misconduct.. If, however, for a period of six (6) months there is no record of any misbehavior then all previous warning /s or disciplinary action taken will not be held against you. It should be noted that the above holds true irrespective of the type / nature of the individual misconduct.

Setiap pendisiplinan yang diambil berdasarkan pada jenis dan tingkat keseringan semenjak pengingkaran. Jikalau terjadi pelanggaran lagi masa enam (6) wulan terakhir sejak dikenakan tindakan pendisiplinan, maka akan dikenakan sekali lagi tindakan pendisiplinan yang lebih strata. Akan doang, takdirnya intern waktu enam bulan tidak terjadi pula pelanggaran, maka surat peringatan yang tedahulu dianggap tidak ada. Situasi tersebut haruslah dicatat supaya bukan diabaikan maka dari itu karyawan mengenai jenis – varietas pengingkaran tersebut

Concerning with classification of offences, it could be refer at Collective Labor Agreement.

Akan halnya jenis-diversifikasi pelanggaran, dapt kita tatap privat Perjanjian Kerja Bersama.

STAFF BENEFIT

Kelebihan – Kelebihan Untuk KARYAWAN

The staff will get the benefit, such as monthly salary, service charge, Insurance, medical coverage, duty meal, religious allowance, locker and uniform.

Pegawai akan mendapatkan beberapa manfaat seperti, gaji bulanan, service charge, asuransi, pengobatan, bersantap, tunjangan hari raya, tempat penyimpanan pakaian dan
pakaian seragam.

All of the staff benefit above, will be implemented according to company regulation. Further details information is available in the Human Resources Department.

Semua kelebihan tersebut akan ditetapkan berdasarkan politik/ordinansi perusahaan. Buat informasi selanjutnya, dapat didapat di Human Resources Departement.

SETTLEMENT OF GREVANCE AND ITS PROCEDURE

Manajemen Mandu Presentasi Sauk KESAH

In the event the employee/s have a complaint or dissatisfaction regarding the employment relation, it should be settled according to the following procedure.

Dalam situasi fungsionaris mempunyai ganjalan atau ketidak-puasan adapun hubungan kerja, maka hal tersebut haruslah diselesaikan dengan mandu sebagai berikut :

Employee/s should submit the komplikasi to his / her immediate komandan / Department
Head concerned and at the latest within three (3) working days.

Sida-sida sepatutnya mengedepankan penyakit tersebut kepada didikan atau kepala bagiannya langsung dalam waktu tiga (3) hari kerja.

If the employee still unsatisfied, he/she may submit that problem to the Human Resources Manager.

Jika pegawai masih merasa tidak puas, maka ia bisa menyampaikan masalah tersebut kepada Human Resources Manager.

However, if that problem is still not solved, then it can be forwarded to the grievance committee which consists of General Manager, Human Resources Manager, Department Head concerned and employee concerned..

Akan tetapi, jika masalah tersebut belum dapat dipecahkan juga, maka dapat
diajukan
kepada komite rintih kesah nan tediri dari General Manager, Human Resources Manager, Penasihat Babak yang bersangkutan dan fungsionaris nan bersangkutan.

If the case still not settled , then it could be settled by following the procedure at Company Regulation.

Apabila kasus ini juga belum boleh diselesaikan, maka selanjutnya dapat diselesaiakan
dengan mengimak prosedur nan telah ditetapkan privat Kanun
Perusahaan.

COMPANY’S PROPERTY

BARANG-Barang Hak PERUSAHAAN

You have to be responsible if the equipment belonging to the company is missing or damaged due to your negligence.

Engkau harus berkewajiban terhadap dagangan-barang milik firma apabila ada yang hilang ataupun rusak karena kelalaian plasenta.

You are prohibited to use working premises equipment for purpose other than was intended for. You are also prohibited to take equipment out from the working premises without any permission.

Anda dilarang memperalat komoditas-komoditas hoki perusahaan buat tujuan selain ketimbang yang dimaksudkan. Ia pula dilarang bakal mengapalkan barang-barang keluar
dari arena kerja tanpa ijin terlebih dahulu.

Uniform, locker, name tag are hotel properties and should be returned if you resign/terminated.

Baju seragam, palagan penyimpanan pakaian, plang, ialah barang milik perusahaan dan harus dikembalikan ketika terjadi penghentian aliansi kerja.

SAFETY

Pengamanan

Each employee should know and be responsible to the safety and procedure and reported immediately if there is something that may cause an accident or fire. If employee or guest tepi an accident, please report it to your supervisor, Department Head or Security.

Setiap pegawai seharusnya memahami dan bertanggung jawab terhadap tata cara pengamanan dan laporkan segera kalau ada sesuatu hal nan dapat menyebabkan kemalangan atau kebakaran. Apabila terdapat personel atau peziarah mengalami kecelakaan, segera laporkan ke pengontrol, Kepala Bagian atau putaran keamanan.
